What must I bring with me when I collect the vehicle?
When collecting your vehicle you must bring the following documentation:
• Your valid UK driving licence. Please note that if you have a photo card driving licence you must also bring the paper counterpart.
• You must also provide a second form of identification showing the drivers name and address. This may be a utility bill or bank statement that is no more than 3 months old.
• Your vaild credit or debit card.
What is the minimum age for rental?
• You must be at lest 21 years of age to hire a vehicle, with exception of minibuses where the minimum age is 25. Drivers under the age of 23 may attract a young drivers insurance premium, please call us for details.
Are there any other conditions for hire?
• You must have held your full UK licence for a minimum of 2 years and have had no accidents, insurance claims or insurance losses. Your licence must also be endorsement free.
• If you have had any accidents, insurance claims or insurance losses or your licence is not endorsement free, we may still be able to hire to you, an additional insurance premium may appy, please call us for details.
Can I hire a minibus?
• You must be aged over 25 to hire a minibus. You must also have category D1 on your licence. This category will have been issued on your driving licence if you passed your driving test before 01.01.1997 and have not had your licence renewed. If you are unsure please visit the dvla website or call us.
What does your price include?
• The advertised price includes VAT at the current rate and insurance. Online prices are for guidance and may vary due to seasonal peaks. Please call for a fully comprehensive quote.
Am I liable for costs if I have an accident or the vehicle gets damaged?
• An insurance policy is included in the price of your rental, although as with any insurance policy a standard excess applies.
• You can opt to accept a reduced excess on your hire by taking out our Collision Damage Waiver, which is available to purchase at the time of hire. Prices start from £4.50 per day. The Collision Damage Wavier reduces your excess in the event of a non-fault accident with a third party vehicle. In the event of you having a fault accident with a third party vehicle or a non vehicular accident eg. reversing into a lamp post the standard excess still applies.
• If any traffic offence has been committed, your insurance will be invalidated.
Can I cancel my booking?
• During peak periods we need a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise a fee may be payable. We will always be happy to transfer your booking to another suitable date and time.

Please note that we have moved premises to our new main office, UNIT NUMBER 31, located on the recently developed REGENT TRADE PARK. This prestigous development is located on the east side of the A32, Fareham to Gosport main road, approximately halfway between the two towns and midway between Fareham Reach and D.A.R.A. Fleetlands. If you are unsure how to get to us please telephone us on 01329 822334 for directions.
HEADING SOUTH from FAREHAM
The entrance to Regent Trade Park is via Barwell Lane. This is just south of Fareham Reach and after the car sales unit please turn next Left. Please note that this is an entrance only road and provides no exit to the A32 on leaving Regent Trade Park. If you miss this turning please turn next left at the traffic lights into Lederele Lane and follow the road round.
HEADING NORTH from GOSPORT
The entrance to Regent Trade Park is via Lederele Lane. This is just north of D.A.R.A. Fleetlands and at the traffic lights please turn next Right at the filter at Tyco. Please note that this is the only exit to the A32 on leaving Regent Trade Park. If you miss this turning please note that you cannot turn next right at Barwell Lane since this entrance is only accessible to south bound traffic. Your best option is to continue north to Fareham Reach, turn right at the traffic lights there, turn round and head back south bound to enter at Barwell Lane.

• A utility bill or bank statement displaying your current address, dated within 3 months, will also be required.

• The company reserves the right to refuse hire and to offer a substitute vehicle depending on availability.
• There is no charge for fuel - please return the Vehicle with the same fuel level as you find it.
